Do You Like Baking?

Well that's great, because I like eating baked goods.  I'll even settle for just reading about them.

   

The next Loveliness Fair, The Loveliness of Baking, is going to be held here at My Thoughtful Spot this coming Monday, February 26th.  I hope you'll consider participating in this fair.  You don't need to have a blog to participate.  Just email me your submission within the next three days.  If you're looking for ideas of what to write about and/or photograph, I've listed some here.  Of course, whatever you think would fit for this fair is welcome.  I'd also appreciate it if you would help me to spread the word.  Thanks.

Hi Cheryl-- here is a link to a post I wrote on baking with bananas... it is always good to have something to do with those ones that don't get eaten before they turn black! I peel mine, pop them into a freezer bag and save them until I am in the mood to make something yummy. Both of these are tried and true recipes.
