Our Spring Curriculum

Here's the plan:

Worker (3rd grade)

• MCP Math C
• Sonlight Grade 3 Readers
• My Catholic Speller, Level B
• Language of God, Level B

Snuggler (1st grade)

• MCP Math B
• Sonlight Grade 2 Readers
• My Very First Catholic Speller

Worker and Snuggler will do History, Geography and Read-Alouds together using Sonlight Level 1+2.  This is a one year condensed Intro to World History.  They will also do science together using Behold & See 3 as a spine and supplementing with other books.

Helper (kindergarten)

• MCP Math K
• Little Stories for Little Folks
• Sonlight Core B for Read-Alouds (minus the Bible and missionary stories)
• Sonlight Science B

We'll continue to do our Religious Education as a family using these resources.

Our Life with Jesus (Faith and Life 3)

Also in my right sidebar are the artist and composer we will study this spring -  Mary Cassatt and Antonio Vivaldi.  The boys are participating in the Gym & Swim program at the YMCA.  And we'll do nature study once a week.

Thanks for sharing your plan--it's fun to see how others use Sonlight to fit their own family. We're currently enjoying Cores 1 & 2 and really enjoying them.
